We deliver jewellery across Pakistan. International delivery may be possible upon request; please contact us to discuss the arrangements.
Checking your purchase
Please check the item, weight, karat, stones, design, and invoice details before leaving the counter.
Invoice and sales tax
Sales tax, if applicable, is charged as shown on this invoice. FBR invoice number/QR code may be used for verification where applicable.
Returns and exchanges
Exchange/Return is allowed within 3 days only with original invoice, unused item, and original tag intact. For delivered orders, this period begins after the delivery date. Eligible returns within this period receive a refund of the full invoice amount, without deductions.
Custom orders
Customized, resized, engraved, special-order, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged once confirmed.
Advance/payment for custom orders is non-refundable after work has started or materials have been arranged.
Warranty and care
Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only, which must be claimed within 30 days. Breakage, misuse, dents, scratches, chemical damage, stone loss due to impact, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
Polish, rhodium, plating, enamel, and finishing may fade with use and are not covered as permanent features.
Repairs, resizing, or alteration by any other jeweller will void our repair/warranty responsibility.
Natural stones and variations
Natural stones, diamonds, pearls, and gemstones may have natural variations in color, clarity, shape, and inclusions.
Buy-back and resale
Jewellery sold by us may be bought back or exchanged only according to the shop’s buy-back policy at the time of resale.
Resale value will be calculated on the current market gold rate and the verified net gold weight after testing.
Making charges, wastage, sales tax, polishing, stone-setting charges, and other service charges are not refundable on resale.
Stones, diamonds, pearls, enamel, rhodium, and other non-gold parts may be valued separately or may not be accepted for buy-back, depending on their condition and market value.
Any weight difference found during testing, cleaning, melting, or verification will be adjusted from the final resale value.
Original invoice must be presented for resale, exchange, warranty, or authenticity reference.
Buy-back or exchange may be refused if the item is damaged, altered, repaired by another jeweller, or its purity/weight cannot be verified.
